Qualifications
o A minimum bachelor's degree
o 5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Techno functional
o Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
o Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
o Patience, ability, and passion to lead people, teams, and projects
o A deep understanding of all aspects of business management and strategic evaluation
o A strong work ethic and a yes, we can attitude.
Responsibilities
o Experience in Customer Service Module
o Strong hands-on experience in developing CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps & Power automate C#, custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
o Strong hands-on experience in Azure technologies like REST API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is desirable
o Strong Experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM Toolbox, and data migration techniques
o Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE modules
o Experience AGILE methodology and knowledge of GitHub tool.
o Good Communication Skills; Should be a team player skills Required: MS Dynamics 365 C#Skills Preferred: Agile Logic Apps Experience
