Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D365 CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the
Marketing module
, especially
Real-Time Marketing
. The role involves business analysis, solution design, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance to support end-to-end marketing automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and configuration of D365 Marketing and Real-Time Marketing modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Support QA activities including test case validation, UAT coordination, and defect triaging.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for customer journeys, segments, triggers, and analytics within Real-Time Marketing.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE with at least 2 years in D365 Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Real-Time Marketing features such as event triggers, journeys, and personalization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, customer insights, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.

  • Experience in QA processes and tools is a plus.

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Marketing or CE are preferred.
