Business Head - Outdoor Advertising Job Title Business Head - Outdoor Advertising Department Outdoor Advertising Location Chennai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Head for our Outdoor Advertising division in Chennai The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the outdoor advertising business including developing strategies overseeing operations and driving growth The Business Head will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets expanding market share and ensuring the successful execution of outdoor advertising campaigns Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in the outdoor advertising sector Team Management Lead mentor and manage the outdoor advertising team to ensure high performance and productivity Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction Operational Oversight Oversee the daily operations of the outdoor advertising division including project management campaign execution and resource allocation Market Analysis Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape in the outdoor advertising industry Revenue Generation Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue secure new business and optimize profitability Campaign Management Supervise the planning execution and evaluation of outdoor advertising campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives and quality standards Budget Management Prepare and manage budgets for the outdoor advertising division ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency Reporting Provide regular reports and updates on business performance including sales metrics campaign results and market insights to senior management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Advertising or related field MBA is preferred Proven experience in a senior management role within the outdoor advertising industry Strong understanding of outdoor advertising strategies market dynamics and industry trends Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and drive growth Excellent leadership team management and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in business management software and tools Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills Experience 8 years of experience in outdoor advertising or related industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role Key Skills Strategic planning and execution Team leadership and development Client relationship management Market research and analysis Revenue and budget management Campaign planning and execution Strong communication and negotiation skills Location Chennai
