Key Responsibilities Job Title Windows Technical Support Engineer L1-L3 Senior IT Engineer Location INDIA Experience Required 8 Years Shift Rotational Shift Employment Type Full-Time Location Remote Key Responsibilities Provide L1 to L3 technical support for Windows-based systems Windows 10 11 Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive Support and manage devices through Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager Basic administration of Azure and AWS cloud platforms user provisioning VM monitoring permissions Assist in Azure DevOps activities as required basic pipelines repo management Handle user onboarding offboarding and manage IT inventory and asset tracking Maintain and update IT documentation knowledge base and SOPs Manage and resolve tickets using ITIL-compliant ticketing systems Ensure regular system backups are completed and verified Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues Provide support during shift hours as part of a 24x7 rotational shift model Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field or equivalent experience 8 years of experience in technical support roles Windows environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite - Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive Experience with Microsoft Intune device enrollment compliance policies Hands-on knowledge of Azure and AWS basic administration level Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus Experience in IT documentation and asset inventory management Familiarity with ITIL framework and use of ticketing systems Experience with backup and restore operations Strong communication skills in English - written and verbal Ability to work in rotational shifts Certifications Preferred Not Mandatory Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals Administrator Associate AWS Cloud Practitioner Solutions Architect - Associate ITIL Foundation Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Powered by JazzHR
