Your Role - Administer and maintain Windows Administration and AIX systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations. - Configure and manage file and folder level permissions using tools such as ICALCS and SETACL. - Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file/folder scans. - Support DFS migration projects, including large-scale data transfers (20+ TB) from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online/Azure Cloud. - Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for Windows/DFS-related issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Active Directory (AD) policies and account-level attributes. - Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure. Your Profile - 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and AIX. - Strong expertise in DFS architecture, setup, troubleshooting, and configuration. - Proven experience with permissioning tools (ICALCS, SETACL) and PowerShell scripting. - Ability to analyze logs, perform RCA, and handle proactive/reactive support tickets. - Sound understanding of file/folder permissioning models, Active Directory, and storage/cloud concepts. - Effective communicator with strong documentation and coordination skills.
