Your Role

  • Administer and maintain Windows Administration and AIX systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations.
  • Configure and manage file and folder level permissions using tools such as ICALCS and SETACL.
  • Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file/folder scans.
  • Support DFS migration projects, including large-scale data transfers (20+ TB) from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online/Azure Cloud.
  • Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for Windows/DFS-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Active Directory (AD) policies and account-level attributes.
  • Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure.


Your Profile


  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and AIX.
  • Strong expertise in DFS architecture, setup, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Proven experience with permissioning tools (ICALCS, SETACL) and PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to analyze logs, perform RCA, and handle proactive/reactive support tickets.
  • Sound understanding of file/folder permissioning models, Active Directory, and storage/cloud concepts.
  • Effective communicator with strong documentation and coordination skills.
