Job Description Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 1-2 Years Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Inside Sales team. This role is pivotal in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships and driving interest in our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking Qualify leads using the BANT framework and schedule product demos or meetings with the sales team Conduct market research to identify, qualify, and target potential B2B clients across various industries Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data, activity logs, and pipeline status Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies and messaging Actively participate in business networking to promote company offerings and enhance brand visibility Stay up to date on product features, pricing strategies, and industry developments Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 12 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns - Basic understanding of SaaS/IT services is a plus Perks: Competitive salary and performance incentives.
