Join us as a Lead Generation Executive and be part of the Founder's Office, where you'll work closely with leadership, gain exposure to strategic business operations, and play a key role in scaling our client acquisition and growth efforts. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn and other outreach platforms. - Execute LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing campaigns using automation or manual engagement strategies. - Perform headhunting and market research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients. - Build, organize, and maintain lead databases and track performance metrics. - Collaborate directly with the Founder on lead generation initiatives, strategy, and reporting. Requirements - 6 months 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support (preferably in B2B or HR/recruitment). - Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LinkedIn automation tools like Dripify and Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. - Strong at Excel and Google sheets. - Excellent research and follow-up skills. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
