MinutestoSeconds is a vibrant results-driven organization specializing in outsourcing services digital marketing and IT non-IT recruitment We collaborate with expanding businesses and specialized professionals to provide solutions that are both highly effective and custom-designed to meet your unique business requirements Requirements About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in driving recruitment business in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors This role involves developing new client relationships nurturing existing accounts and collaborating with the recruitment delivery team to meet client hiring needs Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition Relationship Management Identify and target potential clients in real estate construction and infrastructure developers contractors project management firms facility management companies Generate leads through networking industry events cold calling and digital channels Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers CXOs HR Heads Project Directors Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to close recruitment mandates Business Growth Strategy Understand client requirements hiring trends and manpower planning needs Propose tailored recruitment solutions permanent staffing contract staffing senior-level hiring Meet monthly quarterly revenue and placement targets Collaborate with management to develop sector-specific business strategies Coordination with Delivery Recruitment Team Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely sourcing screening and submission of candidates Share detailed job descriptions salary benchmarks and candidate specifications with delivery team Monitor progress of open positions and keep clients updated regularly Market Intelligence Reporting Track competitor activities industry salary trends and hiring patterns in real estate and infrastructure Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly progress to management Prepare proposals agreements and MIS reports on business performance Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree MBA preferred in Business Administration Sales or related field 5-8 years of experience in business development for recruitment staffing or HR consulting firms Strong network within the real estate and infrastructure industry developers EPC contractors consultants Proven track record of generating recruitment business and meeting revenue targets Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring needs in project-based industries Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience in selling senior-level hiring contract staffing or RPO solutions Familiarity with construction safety compliance and labour laws for better client engagement Exposure to CRM tools and recruitment management systems Key Attributes Hunter mindset with strong networking and lead-generation ability Relationship-builder who can develop long-term partnerships Target-oriented self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure Knowledge of local and national real estate infrastructure market trends
