Job Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities building relationships with clients students and leading the sales team to achieve targets The role requires strategic planning market analysis and effective execution of sales initiatives to maximize revenue and brand presence Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals Identify potential clients students or partners and establish strong relationships Lead mentor and motivate the sales business development team to achieve targets Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges Plan and participate in events admission drives and marketing campaigns to generate leads Maintain and update CRM systems or lead-tracking tools with accurate information Negotiate contracts pricing and agreements with clients or partners Prepare sales reports performance analysis and present findings to senior management Collaborate with marketing operations and academic teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of initiatives Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a professional brand image Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field MBA preferred 3-7 years of experience in business development sales management or client relationship management education sector preferred Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills Target-driven strategic thinker and result-oriented mindset Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and reporting software Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams Job Type Full-time Pay 500 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Work Location In person
