Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive BDE to generate new leads communicate with potential clients and help expand our CDMO third-party manufacturing business Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with pharma marketing and distribution companies for contract manufacturing Generate and manage leads through calls emails LinkedIn and trade networks Understand client requirements prepare costing and quotations in coordination with the production team Maintain a database of leads quotations and follow-ups using CRM or Excel tools Achieve monthly lead conversion and order targets Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication Requirements Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Science or Business 1-3 years of experience in pharma marketing third-party manufacturing or CDMO sales Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Excel Word and Email communication Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
