About Us We are a WHO-GMP certified leading pharmaceutical CDMO engaged in manufacturing tablet capsule and dry syrup formulations across General Beta-lactam and Cephalosporin segments Our facility partners with reputed pharma marketing companies and exporters across India and abroad offering high-quality manufacturing and regulatory support Role Overview We are looking for a Manager - Sales Business Development who can independently handle B2B client acquisition relationship management and order generation for our CDMO division The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections business acumen and experience in converting opportunities into long-term partnerships Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharma marketing P2P and export companies Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Present company s manufacturing capabilities certifications and product range effectively Handle inquiries costing quotations and contract negotiations Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams Production QA Regulatory Dispatch for timely client deliveries Analyze market trends competitor activity and business potential to drive strategy Represent the company at pharma trade shows and industry exhibitions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Science Business Management Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales CDMO third-party manufacturing pharma business development Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing processes costing and documentation Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Result-oriented with a proven track record in business growth Ability to travel for client visits and market development Preferred Skills Existing network of pharma marketing companies or clients Experience with export inquiries and regulatory documentation CTD COPP etc Familiarity with high-margin and DCGI-approved formulations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 643 571 60 - 1 471 167 48 per year Work Location In person
