Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new leads, communicate with potential clients, and help expand our CDMO / third-party manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with pharma marketing and distribution companies for contract manufacturing.
  • Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and trade networks.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare costing and quotations in coordination with the production team.
  • Maintain a database of leads, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel tools.
  • Achieve monthly lead conversion and order targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharma marketing, third-party manufacturing, or CDMO sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
