
Channel Sales Lead

Job Description
- Ensure achievement of SIM activation targets through retail outlets in the assigned territory.
- Drive revenue market share by expanding retail width and ensuring consistent product availability.
- Manage productivity and performance of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
- Train and ensure the availability of adequately skilled FSE under each distributor.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate inventory.
- Strengthen distribution by expanding recharge and SIM selling outlet networks.
- Drive key distribution parameters, including Return on Investment (ROI) for distributors and retailers.
- Gather, analyze, and report competitor activities, policies, and initiatives to the Jio Centre and State Sales & Distribution team.
- Identify and propose visibility requirements to enhance market presence in the territory.
Education Required
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Experience Required
- Graduate: 4 to 8 years
- MBA: Minimum 2 to 6 years
