Key Responsibilities 1 Executive Support - Manage and organize the CEO s calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements - Screen phone calls emails and correspondence respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate 2 Communication - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and follow-up tasks 3 Project Coordination - Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and corporate events - Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as needed 4 Administrative Duties - Maintain filing systems databases and records to ensure efficiency and confidentiality - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism 5 Personal Tasks - Assist the CEO with personal errands and tasks as required - Manage other personal commitments and appointments to ensure work-life balance Qualifications - Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferably in a corporate environment - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company - A dynamic and inclusive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
