Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Pune. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting in the negotiation and closing of deals. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- 2-5 Years of experience in real estate sales is a must.
- Support sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and property transaction processes.
- Should be able to cross sales on multiple projects.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a must.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
