Brand Experiential Marketing Manager

Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a creative and strategic Experiential Marketing Manager to lead our physical branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand development, experiential marketing, and tangible brand touchpoints. This role is crucial in creating and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all offline channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy and Development Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement offline brand strategies Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding decisions 2. Visual Identity Creation Design and maintain brand style guides for offline applications Create compelling visual elements for various physical mediums Oversee the development of logo variations for different offline uses 3. Print Collateral Ideation and produce high-quality print materials (brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.) Manage relationships with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery Innovate in the use of unique materials and printing techniques 4. Environmental Branding Design office/store layouts that reflect the brand's personality Create signage and wayfinding systems for physical spaces Develop branded elements for company vehicles 5. Event and Exhibition Design Conceptualize trade show booths and exhibition spaces Create immersive brand experiences for corporate events Ideation / Design and produce event-specific promotional materials 6. Point of Sale (POS) Materials Ideate/Design attention-grabbing POS displays and materials Create in-store promotional items that reinforce brand messaging 7. Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising Conceptualize Ads @ billboards, transit ads, and other OOH media Ensure OOH designs are impactful and align with overall brand strategy 8. Merchandising and Product Design Collaborate on the design of branded merchandise and promotional products Ensure product designs align with overall brand aesthetics 9. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with digital marketing team to ensure offline-online brand consistency Collaborate with sales and product teams to create effective sales tools and product displays 10. Budget Management Manage budgets for offline branding projects Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions 11. Team Leadership Manage external design agencies & vendors Manage MIS /Dashboards Collaborate with other teams cross functionally Qualifications: 1. PGDM/ MBA in Marketing/Retail Marketing (Must) 2. 4-5 years of experience in Branding (MUST), with a focus on offline and physical branding 3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of offline branding projects 4. Understanding & hands on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 5. Proficiency in Excel (Managing MIS & Creating Dashboards, Basic to mid-range Formulas) & Microsoft PowerPoint (Must) 6. Understanding of printing processes & materials Required Skills: 1. Excellent visual design concept with a strong sense of typography, colour, and composition 2. Strategic thinking ability to translate brand values into tangible design elements 3. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 4. Excellent communication skills to present ideas to stakeholders 5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across various mediums 6. Creativity in developing unique, memorable brand experiences 7.
