About the Role :

We are looking for a mind that thinks like a cinematographer, dreams like a designer, and curates like a space artist. Someone who can visualise an experience before its built — be it a spatial environment, a brand story, or a sensory journey through architecture, light, and human emotion.

This isn't a conventional design job. It's about seeing before others see, and shaping how spaces make people feel.

  • You think in frames, flow, and feeling — whether it's a storyboard, a spatial walkthrough, or a concept note.
  • You love the intersection of architecture, film, and human behaviour.
  • You're endlessly curious — researching design movements, cinematic compositions, and immersive experiences from around the world.
  • You believe that every space tells a story, and that design isn't just about form — it's about emotion.

What You will Do

  • Conceptualise and visualise experiential environments — from show spaces and installations to branded environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and storytellers to craft cohesive narrative experiences.
  • Research trends in design thinking, new media, and spatial storytelling.
  • Assist in visualising architectural experiences — through moodboards, lookbooks, films, and renders.
  • Bring design strategy alive through visual direction and cinematic storytelling

Your Background Could Be

There's no single route to this role, but you might be someone with:

  • Education: Architecture / Interior Design / Communication Design / Film Studies / Visual Communication / Experience Design
  • Experience: 3–8 years in one or more of the following — experience design, set or exhibition design, architectural visualisation, art direction, or brand storytelling.
  • Strong grasp of visual composition, narrative flow, and spatial empathy.
  • Bonus if you have working knowledge of design tools like Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Unreal Engine.
