Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses during U.S. working hours - Clearly communicate Vibe AI’s offerings and value proposition - Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently - Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team - Maintain call records and lead information accurately - Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies Requirements: - Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, and engaging communication is a must - Persuasive communication skills – ability to spark interest and influence decisions through conversation - Experience in cold calling, telesales, or business outreach preferred - Positive attitude, high energy, and professional demeanor - Strong listening and interpersonal skills - Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours Compensation: - Base pay + performance-based bonus (for qualified leads and conversions) - Potential for role expansion and long-term collaboration If you’re confident, driven, and love connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.
