Give Me Trees Trust is a not-for-profit organization actively working towards afforestation, biodiversity conservation, biologic carbon sequestration, environmental literacy and providing livelihood to local community. Our Organisation is now the largest tree planter in India. Give Me Trees Trust has PAN India presence. Swami Prem Parivartan aka Peepal Baba is the founder of the organisation. Our vision is to bring at least 50% of India under green cover and cultivate a love for flora and fauna. Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraising Officer in our Outreach Team will help raise money for our programs. The ideal candidate will look for funding from people, companies, and foundations (via grants, donations or sponsorships).Also build and keep strong relationships with donors, partners, and local communities. On top of that, you will assist with outreach to increase awareness, involve stakeholders, and grow support for our mission.Key Responsibilities

· Reach out to potential donors, sponsors, and foundations that might support our work.

· Organise fundraising activities like events, campaigns, and community visits.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with donors—thank them and keep them informed.

· Write clear proposals, applications, and messages to ask for financial support.

· Keep an up-to-date record of all donations and sponsorships in our system.

· Work with the communications team to make sure our message is clear and consistent.

· Produce reports about the money we raised, how we used it, and what we achieved.

· Ensure fundraising is ethical, transparent, and follows all rules.

· Manage the donor database, track donations, and monitor how funds are used.

· Help plan and run outreach or fundraising events that connect us with our supporters.

· Provide regular updates on income, expenses, and whether we're meeting our targets.

· Stay informed about new fundraising ideas, trends, and how other organisations do outreach.

· Suggest new ways to improve our fundraising and outreach to better support our mission.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Must-have:

· A master degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, or a similar field.

· 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, outreach, donor relations, or development work.

· Excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing.

· Good at building strong relationships with different people (donors, community members, businesses).

· Well organised, with good planning and project-management skills.

· Experience working with donor databases or CRM tools, and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

· Experience with NGOs or community-based organisations.

· Knowledge of local fundraising rules and how to fundraise in your region.

Working Conditions

· You may need to visit communities, attend events, or travel.

· Some events may happen on weekends.

Salary- 30,000 to 40,000 per month.

Pay: ₹10, ₹39,950.64 per month
