If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited to work with a mission-driven organization, we want to hear from you What you'll DO - Build teams: Take the lead in Scaling engineering teams in Pune, contributing to Rubrik's global success. - Be a Talent Magnet: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier tech talent, especially passive candidates, across all levelsincluding leadership. - Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored hiring strategies. - Elevate Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for Rubrik, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and culture. - Drive DEI Initiatives: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment to build a balanced and representative workforce. - Shape Recruitment Practices: Continuously evolve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives. Experience you'll Need - Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Tech/Engineering Recruiter, with a deep understanding of Pune's competitive tech hiring landscape. - Innovative Sourcing: Skilled in using non-traditional sourcing techniques to engage passive talent through creative and diverse channels. - Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with candidates and stakeholders alike. - Data-Driven Approach: Adept at leveraging analytics and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and provide actionable insights. - Technology-Savvy: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and cutting-edge recruitment tools to streamline workflows. - Diversity Champion: Committed to building inclusive teams and advancing equity in hiring practices.
