Job Summary We are hiring a Field Inspection Executive to conduct thorough site visits, assess properties and premises, and report accurate on-ground data as per company guidelines. The role involves capturing key information such as location, construction quality, occupancy, property usage, and verification of documents/owners. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to assigned sites and using mobile apps or checklists to upload reports, images, and findings. This role plays a critical function in supporting real estate transactions, property validations, loan processing, insurance claims, or infrastructure monitoring, depending on the company domain.Key Responsibilities1. Site Inspection & Data Collection Conduct on-site property or location visits as per assigned schedule and region. Physically verify key property details such as building structure, layout, area, access, usage, occupancy, and construction status. Inspect property interiors and exteriors (as required), and check for compliance with stated plans or documents. 2. Data Entry & Mobile Reporting Use mobile applications, tablets, or physical checklists to record site data including GPS location, photos, and customer responses. Upload documents, photos, and geo-tagged location details on the company portal or app during or after the visit. Ensure accuracy and completeness of inspection forms before submission. 3. Liaising with Stakeholders Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, legal, or risk for inspection briefings or escalations. Interact politely and professionally with property owners, tenants, or site supervisors to gather required information or access. Explain the purpose of the visit and maintain transparency and professionalism at the inspection site. 4. Reporting & Documentation Submit inspection reports daily/weekly in the required format with supporting images, notes, and document scans. Flag discrepancies, unapproved construction, vacant plots, encroachments, or other irregularities immediately to reporting managers. Maintain a log of completed and pending visits for internal review. 5. Compliance & Integrity Follow company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for field visits, photo capture, and data confidentiality. Do not falsify, delay, or manipulate inspection data under any circumstances. Escalate any safety or access issues encountered during fieldwork.Preferred Skills & Competencies Technical & Field Skills: Strong understanding of property types – residential, commercial, industrial, plots, etc. Ability to identify physical site issues (encroachments, damage, incomplete construction). Familiarity with mobile apps or web tools used for reporting and data capture. Experience reading basic property documents, building plans, or location maps is a plus. Soft Skills: Good verbal communication in local language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc.) and basic English. Polite, confident, and assertive personality to handle on-ground conversations. Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in the field. Time Management & Reporting: Strong time-management skills to handle multiple inspections per day. Discipline in submitting accurate and timely reports.
