We are seeking a seasoned business valuation professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business valuation methodologies, including financial statement analysis, industry trends, and market data. They will be able to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Extract and map data from financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, and other relevant documents into valuation models and Excel-based tools.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, guideline public companies, and precedent transactions to inform valuation conclusions.
  • Valuation Modeling: Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for further investigation, and implement appropriate normalization adjustments to financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A business valuation credential (CFA), CA, MBA or other advanced degree or certification.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
