Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8+ years of business valuation experience to join our growing valuation practice. In this role, you will play a key part in performing and managing business valuation engagements for both financial reporting and tax reporting purposes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing and managing business valuation engagements for various industries
  • Strong communication skills, driven, and in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to business combinations, goodwill impairments, gift and estate valuation, 409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718), reviewing third-party valuations, assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data, valuation of equity, debt, derivatives, etc.
  • Financial modeling and understanding of US tax laws preferred
  • Financial reporting and regulatory compliance under IFRS and/or US GAAP
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • CFA, CA, MBA or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience in business valuation field
  • Ability and interest to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial management software or willingness to learn
  • 8+ years' experience in business valuation field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Sound independent judgment and great ethical values
