Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex financial valuations and analyses.

  • Primary activities include valuing businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of historical financial results of target companies to identify trends and risks.
  • Evaluate and challenge assumptions related to future financial projections.
  • Assist in developing discount rates and conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis.
  • Perform market research and develop industry growth estimates.
  • Construct and review valuation models and assist with report preparation.
  • Present findings to management and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required; advanced degree and certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial valuation, accounting, or consulting.
  • Proficient understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies.
  • Experience with traditional valuation methods, financial databases, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Functional understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze key assumptions.
