Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers within the rice industry (e.g., exporters, traders, institutional buyers, processors).
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand presence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agri-commodities or food processing.
- Strong knowledge of rice varieties (Basmati, Non-Basmati, etc.) and rice milling processes is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
