Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B, B2C & B2G environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
