
Sales Executive

1. Sales Executive (Membership Consultants) primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals and targets as set out by Management.
2. Sales Executive (Membership Consultants) will be responsible for customer handling, their screening during the entrance and ensure that members carry and wear only clean shoes and full length towel.
3. Sales Executive (Membership Consultants) will be responsible to give gym visit to any new member, describe the packages, and convince customer to take the membership, explain all mandatory terms and conditions of the gym, Personal Trainer, accessories, protein and supplements.
4. Sales Executive (Membership Consultants) will be responsible for routine calling to existing customers to get feedback from them also recall them for the renewal of their packages.
5. Sales Executive (Membership Consultants) should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy helping people to start their goals.
6. They must be seeking full time work and be flexible with work hours and accommodating to a rotating roster and must be able to work alone or in a team environment.
7. Will be responsible to maintain cash books, required reports, complete all sales related formalities, prepare receipts, form filling by customers, biometric registrations.
8. Will be responsible to provide members with utmost satisfactory experience and extend best possible support.
9. Participate in events within and outside the premises, field visit, data/lead generation.
Job Location : Bhilai,
Working Hours : 10 Hrs (06 am to 11 am and 04 pm to 09pm or 05 pm to 10 pm)
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
