Job Description Role Purpose - As a Business Development professional, you will drive business development and profitable growth by delivering high-quality merchant services, solutions, and fostering merchant loyalty. Your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional merchant service experiences while achieving our company's objectives. Responsibilities We Trust You With - - Engage with institutions, merchants, and stakeholders to showcase products, provide solutions, and foster long-term relationships. - Document and communicate merchant requirements internally, ensuring effective follow through. - Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to existing and prospective customers. - Maintain collaborative relationships internally across departments (Operations, Support, Compliance & Audit). - Take the Shot by identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. - Provide management with insightful reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and new opportunities. - Act as the primary escalation point for critical merchant issues, ensuring timely resolution. Engage internal and external resources to resolve critical issues by keeping log of all customer concerns and follow through to resolution. - Conduct periodic visits to intermediaries, clients, and branches to maintain strong relationships and assess service delivery. - Perform service audits and process reviews, providing actionable insights to improve targets for Qfix Business. Measures merchant experience performance against baseline targets and delivers weekly reports to the management on the performance of business. - Own tomorrow by contributing to the development and implementation of strategic objectives to drive business growth and profitability. Relevant Work Experience: - Master's degree in Sales & Marketing (PGDBM/MBA) from a recognized institute. - Bachelor's Degree from a Recognized University. - Relevant experience in merchant relationship management and service.
