Role Summary:
As a Senior Executive - Digital Business, you will be at the forefront of driving learner success and achieving admission targets. Your role is a blend of sales, counseling, customer success, and CRM management—ensuring that each learner's journey is seamless and guided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective learners and stakeholders through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
- Guide working professionals with personalized course and career counseling.
- Manage the complete student lifecycle—from prospecting to post-admission support.
- Update CRM systems in real-time and follow structured sales processes.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities within existing learner communities.
- Handle 150+ daily interactions, ensuring personalized, high-quality engagement.
