Role Overview We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience to join our Business Development team. This role is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of sales, client engagement, and marketing solutions in a fast-growing industry. You will be the face of RewardPort, introducing our loyalty and reward solutions to potential clients, building relationships, and helping us grow. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. - Maintain a pipeline of leads and update records in CRM tools. - Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. - Build strong working relationships with prospects and ensure follow-ups. - Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation, meetings scheduled, and revenue contribution. - Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (B2B preferred, but not mandatory). - Excellent communication skills (spoken & written). - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Enthusiastic, self-driven, and willing to learn. - Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn outreach is a plus. - Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field (MBA/PGDM) - Be part of a leading rewards & loyalty company with exciting growth opportunities. - Learn directly from experienced mentors in sales and client engagement. - Exposure to top brands and industries across India. - An attractive incentive structure in addition to a fixed salary. - Fun, energetic, and growth-oriented work culture Location: Andheri West, Mumbai About RewardPort: RewardPort is India’s No. 1 loyalty and rewards solutions company, trusted by leading brands across industries.
