Location: Borivali West
Position: Taxation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Manage GST registration, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare, review, and file GST returns (including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within statutory deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and keep abreast of changes in GST laws.
- **TDS Compliance**:

- Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per applicable rates and regulations.
- Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and on time.
- Reconcile TDS accounts and handle related queries or notices from tax authorities.
- **Income Tax Returns (ITR)**:

- Prepare and file ITRs for the organization and/or its stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant income tax provisions and deadlines.
- Maintain supporting documentation for all ITR filings.
- **Audit & Assessment Support**:

- Assist in managing tax audits and responding to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and advisors as needed.
- **Tax Planning & Reporting**:

- Support senior management in tax planning and strategy development.
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate tax records and documentation

Pay: ₹10,040.96 - ₹34,673.21 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- GST & TDS Returns: 2 years (required)
- Income Tax returns: 2 years (required)
