Job Description About the Role: - Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets - Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences - Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the designated area - Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and customer support - Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and target achievements - Provide feedback to management on product performance and market requirements - Train, guide, and support sales representatives or field staff to ensure consistent performance (for managerial role) - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned regions or territories - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
