Overview Senior Manager - Enterprise IT India Bengaluru hybrid Emmes Group Building a better future for us all Emmes Group is transforming the future of clinical research bringing the promise of new medical discovery closer within reach for patients Emmes Group was founded as Emmes more than 47 years ago becoming one of the primary clinical research providers to the US government before expanding into public-private partnerships and commercial biopharma Emmes has built industry leading capabilities in cell and gene therapy vaccines and infectious diseases ophthalmology rare diseases and neuroscience We believe the work we do will have a direct impact on patients lives and act accordingly We strive to build a collaborative culture at the intersection of being a performance and people driven company We re looking for talented professionals eager to help advance clinical research as we work to embed innovation into the fabric of our company If you share our motivations and passion in research come join us Primary Purpose Enterprise Applications Support will lead a team of analysts responsible for the administration support and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications This role will oversee systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 iCIMS ADP Data Lake Vulnerability Management Dashboard and JIRA The manager will ensure high availability user satisfaction and alignment of applications with business needs while driving best practices governance and operational efficiency Responsibilities Lead mentor and manage a team of Enterprise Application Analysts conduct regular 1 1s performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities Application Oversight Oversee the administration configuration and support of enterprise applications Dynamics 365 iCIMS ADP Data Lake Vulnerability Management Dashboard JIRA other critical enterprise applications ensure uptime data integrity and compliance Incident Service Management Manage and prioritize application support requests ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLAs Vendor Management Partner with external vendors and service providers for escalations upgrades licensing and ongoing support Process Improvement Define implement and monitor best practices for application management documentation and governance Project Delivery Coordinate and manage application-related projects upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with IT Security and Business stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Finance HR Security and other business units to gather requirements resolve issues and ensure applications meet organizational needs Compliance Security Ensure all applications follow organizational security standards data privacy policies and audit requirements Reporting Metrics Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards and reports to monitor application health team productivity and service quality Qualifications Bachelor s degree BE B Tech in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field required Master s degree preferred 12 years of progressive experience in IT Application Management with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing enterprise applications Proven experience in implementing integrating and managing enterprise applications e g Veeva Vault Dynamics 365 ADP iCIMS SharePoint HRIS and other CRO clinical research-related platforms Experience working in regulated industries life sciences healthcare or CRO environment strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-scale application portfolios supporting multiple business units Hands-on experience with application governance vendor management and large-scale system upgrades or migrations Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams Deep understanding of enterprise application lifecycle management including implementation integration upgrades and support Expertise in aligning application strategy with business objectives driving process improvements and enabling digital transformation Strong vendor and contract management skills including negotiations service-level management and performance monitoring Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies and business units Solid knowledge of IT governance security compliance ISO FISMA FedRAMP GDPR and risk management in enterprise applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment and effectively partner with diverse internal and external stakeholders CONNECT WITH US Follow us on Twitter - EmmesCRO Find us on LinkedIn - Emmes LI
