Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in West Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling health insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing expert advice on health insurance policies, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations, and managing customer accounts while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales skills with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
