Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager BESS
Department: Sales
Product Line: Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Location: Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Raipur, Jaipur, Chandigarh
Area Coverage: Regional (as per assignment)
Experience Required: 1-6 Years of Experience , Minimum 1 year in industrial sales of solar industry, turnkey electrical projects, electrical capital equipment, gensets, UPS, LT panels, or related products/services.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell BESS solutions to industrial and commercial clients in assigned territories.

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key decision-makers.

Analyze client requirements and provide tailored energy storage solutions.

Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

Achieve and exceed defined sales targets consistently.

Accurately maintain CRM systems and customer databases.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and execution.

Participate in client meetings, trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events.

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in industrial capital equipment or similar sectors.

Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or equivalent qualification with strong sales and marketing exposure.
