Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop and deploy responsive HTML email templates that render well across devices and email clients.
- Execute daily email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, ensuring timely scheduling and accuracy.
- Set up A/B tests to improve open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability, accessibility, and best UI/UX practices.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor email, SMS, and push notification performance, analyzing key KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Implement segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and content based on data trends.
- Technical & Compliance Management:
- Ensure email templates are compatible across major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
- Stay updated with email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email rendering issues and technical glitches.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in email development, marketing automation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email coding best practices.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, Iterable, Attentive is desirable.
- Understanding of SMS and push notification marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
