Associate Email Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- SFMC Campaign & Journey Management: Execute end-to-end email campaigns, particularly for paid-acquired customers, and create and optimize email journeys using SFMC's Journey Builder.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, generate detailed reports, conduct A/B testing, and use analytical insights to improve campaign effectiveness and drive better results.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Build and manage data extensions within SFMC to create targeted audience segments, enabling personalized communications and enhancing customer engagement.
- Paid-Acquired Customer Focus: Focus on daily campaign planning, creation of dedicated journey flows, and reviewing/optimizing email journeys specifically for customers acquired through paid channels.
- Post-Purchase & Product-Specific Journeys: Develop and manage email journeys focused on post-purchase actions and product-specific journeys to increase customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Future Expansion: While the current focus is on email marketing, there may be future opportunities to expand responsibilities to include SMS and push notification campaigns within SFMC.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for campaign management and automation.
- Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
- Experience in data segmentation and audience targeting for personalized email campaigns.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance, and legal regulations.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams.
