Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, including new product launches, educational content, promotions, and seasonal drops.
- Build and optimize automated flows such as welcome series, cart/browse abandonment, post-purchase care, and gemstone education.
- Segment customers by behavior, purchase history, and preferences to ensure highly personalized communication.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create emails that visually showcase our gemstone jewelry while telling compelling stories.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that aligns with the elegance and meaning behind each piece.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Stay informed on email marketing trends, industry benchmarks, and Klaviyo updates.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on Klaviyo.
- Prior experience in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury e-commerce sector. Gemstone jewelry experience is a big plus.
- Strong eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to translate gemstone and craftsmanship narratives into compelling email content.
- Proficiency in building and managing customer segments, flows, and campaign automation in Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SMS marketing (especially via Klaviyo) is a bonus.

Nice to Have:

- Passion for gemstones, jewelry design, or luxury branding.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Basic HTML/CSS for email customization.
- Experience with loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
