Email Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging email campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to promote new products, educational content, promotions, and seasonal drops.
  • Create and optimize automated flows such as welcome series, cart/browse abandonment, post-purchase care, and gemstone education.
  • Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and preferences to ensure personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing emails that showcase our gemstone jewelry while telling compelling stories.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that aligns with the elegance and meaning behind each piece.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Stay informed on email marketing trends, industry benchmarks, and Klaviyo updates.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on Klaviyo.
  • Prior experience in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury e-commerce sector is highly desirable.
  • A strong eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to translate gemstone and craftsmanship narratives into compelling email content.
  • Proficiency in building and managing customer segments, flows, and campaign automation in Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SMS marketing (especially via Klaviyo) is a bonus.
Nice to Have:
  • A passion for gemstones, jewelry design, or luxury branding.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
