Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our Gurgaon office. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential solar segments. - Engage with clients to understand project requirements and propose appropriate solar solutions. - Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and cost estimates. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of quality materials and services. - Coordinate with engineering and project teams for site assessments and proposal submissions. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless project handover. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the solar sector. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). - 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in preparing quotations, tenders, and basic cost analysis. - Ability to manage vendor networks effectively and ensure competitive pricing. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
