Job Description - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the South region. - Lead and manage a team to drive sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders. - Ensure effective execution of promotional and marketing initiatives in the region. - Analyse sales data to assess performance and develop improvement plans. - Provide timely reports and updates to the senior management team. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful RSDM South should have: - A strong background in sales within the FMCG industry - Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Sound understanding of market trends and customer needs in the South region. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. - Experience with handling distributors and key accounts is preferred. - A graduate degree in business or a related field.
