It is well-known for its market presence and structured approach to achieving excellence in its operations. Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the South region. Lead and manage a team to drive sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders. Ensure effective execution of promotional and marketing initiatives in the region. Analyse sales data to assess performance and develop improvement plans. Provide timely reports and updates to the senior management team. Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful RSDM South should have: A strong background in sales within the FMCG industry Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Sound understanding of market trends and customer needs in the South region. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Experience with handling distributors and key accounts is preferred. A graduate degree in business or a related field.
