Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a BDM and Area Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving business development activities, managing area operations, and ensuring the execution of efficient delivery processes. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing logistics teams, and working closely with other departments to achieve business goals.

- Skills in Operations Management and Team Coordination
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and Strategic Thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
