Customer Interaction Handle inbound customer calls for queries, complaints, product information, or support. Make outbound calls for sales, collections, surveys, or follow-ups, as per the process requirements. Greet customers professionally and establish a positive rapport. Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 2. Problem Resolution Identify and diagnose customer issues efficiently. Provide step-by-step guidance or troubleshooting support. Escalate unresolved queries to higher authorities or specialized departments. Ensure timely resolution of complaints within service level agreements (SLAs). 3. Process Adherence Follow the scripts, call flow, and company policies while interacting with customers. Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation of customer interactions. Adhere to quality standards and compliance guidelines (especially in regulated industries). 4. Sales and Upselling (if applicable) Promote and sell products or services during customer calls. Upsell or cross-sell additional features or upgrades. Achieve sales targets as defined by the management. 5. Documentation and Reporting Record details of calls, customer requests, complaints, and actions taken in the CRM system.
