Immediate Job Opening – BPO Voice Process Job Location: Gandhipuram, CoimbatoreKey Responsibilities1. Handling Customer Calls Attend inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and provide relevant information. Make outbound calls for telemarketing, lead generation, surveys, or customer feedback collection. Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism. 2. Providing Accurate Information Understand the customer’s requirements and provide precise and relevant solutions. Share detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Keep customers informed about offers, promotions, or upcoming updates. 3. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Listen carefully to customer issues and provide effective resolutions within the first interaction whenever possible. Escalate unresolved problems to higher authorities or technical teams as required. Document customer complaints and resolutions accurately in the system. 4. Meeting Performance Targets Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call handling time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Work towards exceeding targets related to sales, upselling, or cross-selling when required. 5. Maintaining Customer Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through empathetic and respectful communication. Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage customer loyalty by delivering excellent service. 6. Data Entry & Record Management Accurately record customer details, queries, and resolutions in the company’s CRM systems. Maintain confidentiality and follow data security guidelines strictly.
