Adhere to data protection and confidentiality rules, especially when handling sensitive information. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and first call resolution (FCR). 5. Coordination and Reporting Maintain accurate call logs and update records. Share customer feedback with the team for service improvement.
