
Senior Manager PreSales

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends to effectively position offerings to prospective clients
- Create customized pitches and proposals for targeted clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, trends, and competitors
- Produce engaging marketing content such as brochures, case studies, website copy, and sales presentations
- Assist in developing marketing collateral including sales materials, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles
- Support presales activities like solution design, product demos, and client presentations
- Work cross-functionally with product management and development to align marketing messaging with product capabilities
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance with recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging tech, and marketing best practices to drive innovation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven presales and marketing experience in IT/SaaS
- International presales experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and industry applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to match client needs with solutions
- Customer-centric mindset focused on exceptional experiences
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools
- Proficiency with content creation and marketing platforms (CRM, social media, email marketing)
- Excellent organizational skills and project management ability
- Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about technology and customers
- Experience with RFQ, Bid Management, and Tendering processes is a plus
