Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager located in Talcher. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to drive insurance sales. Day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing sales strategies, achieving business targets, and ensuring agent productivity. Additionally, the role involves mentoring agents, fostering their growth, and maintaining strong client relationships to sustain business performance. Qualifications - Proficiency in team management, recruitment, and agent training - Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and operational execution - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills - Proven experience in the life insurance or financial services domain - Leadership abilities, along with analytical and problem-solving skills - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus - Capability to work effectively in an on-site environment
