Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, based in Dewas with some work-from-home flexibility, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business strategies, crafting proposals, engaging with clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will also collaborate with the technical team to align business goals with product development and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong business development and client relationship management skills - Proficiency in creating proposals, identifying growth strategies, and pitching solutions - Market research and strategic planning capabilities - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment - Experience in the IT or software development industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus - Knowledge of SaaS products, E-commerce, or technology stacks like MERN is advantageous
